InZOI Gameplay – Martin and Kaitlyn New Life in Dowon

How have Martin and Kaitlyn been doing in Dowon? Let’s find out right now.

The first place Kaitlyn visited was the Coin Booth Karaoke.

There she was able to confirm that her voice is still as wonderful as ever, which made her more than happy.

Now she’s 100% sure she will join Adam Entertainment to train to become a top singer. Those were Kaitlyn’s dreams back then. (Life had a slightly different path in store for her).

In addition to proving her singing skills have not faded, she had the chance to make some new friends.
As always, it seems like the boys are lining up to talk to her.

Thing is, Kait isn’t just a talented singer, she’s also naturally popular, which sometimes can be a real headache for Martin.

Kaitlyn is aware of this, so she returns home before sunset so as not to make him worry.

Dinner time at their new house in Dowon. (The house I lost when they changed the size of Junghwa Parkville lot after the last update. Hopefully the creator will update it soon, cause I really miss it. Credits for this and for Marty’s Bliss Bay house at the end of this post.)

Martin: So? How was karaoke?
Kaitlyn: It was okay, but now I need to be accepted at AE.
Martin: Oh, they’ll accept you in a heartbeat. You’re an amazing singer.
Kaitlyn: Yeah, well, I’m a little rusty. But with practice, I’ll be able to get the job.
Martin: Of course you will. Now, tell me more about the karaoke. Did you make a lot of friends there?

Kaitlyn: Uh, yeah, a few.
Martin: Were they guys or girls?
Kaitlyn: I didn’t hook up with anyone, if that’s what you’re asking.
Martin: That’s not what I asked. You can date whoever you want, that was our…
Kaitlyn: Our deal, yeah. You don’t have to bring it up every time, Marty. And that’s enough with the karaoke, better tell me how things went for you at college.

Martin: Ah, it was fine. A bit different, mind you, but I’ll adjust. The city in general is amazing, too, it’s just, I don’t know if I’ll get used to this weather.
Kaitlyn: Oh, it’s not that bad.
Martin: Not that bad? We went from 30°C to 5°C.
Kaitlyn: Well, we’ll adjust to that too, you’ll see.
Martin: Maybe, but I’ll miss the beach.
Kaitlyn: Yeah, so will I.

I guess you noticed Martin’s (temporary) new look. Please don’t panic, I just wanted to try out this amazing hair by The Kuntswollen on him. I didn’t keep it permanently because it wasn’t updated at the time. In my opinion, it’s one of the most beautiful hairstyles made for Inzoi so far.

Kaitlyn: Oh, I love your new hairstyle, by the way.
Martin: Yeah, enjoy it while it lasts, cause it’s not going to last.
Kaitlyn: By the way, I love your new hairstyle.
Martin: Yeah, enjoy it while it lasts, because it’s not going to stick around.
Kaitlyn: Fine, but even so, it looks great on you.
Martin: *Blushes*

Fast forward to the next morning.
Kaitlyn: I’m glad you fixed the heater. Now we don’t have to wear winter clothes inside.
Martin: But now we have to put on our jackets every time we open the door.
Kaitlyn: You really hate this weather, don’t you?
Martin: Just the weather. I actually love Dowon.

You know what else Marty loves? Having Kaitlyn by his side. As the days go by, he’s fallen more and more in love with her.

I don’t know if we can say the same about Kait. I mean, she’s also head over heels for Marty, but she’s still trying to get used to the surprises of their life together.
Kaitlyn: Oops, sorry. I should’ve knocked before coming in.
(Not necessarily, but she still feels embarrassed every time she catches Martin in the shower. Lol, I hope they fix this glitch because, why would a couple do that anyway? Oh well.)

In any case, her life with Martin is generally peaceful. Perhaps a little too peaceful for her.

Kaitlyn: I have an idea. Why don’t we go out and check out Dowon’s nightlife?
Martin: Nightlife?
Kaitlyn: Yeah, you know, go to a club, have a few drinks, dance… Tell me, Mart, do you ever go somewhere other than the art gallery or the library?

Since the answer to that was obviously “no”, Kaitlyn convinced Martin to go out to a club that night.
Martin: So this is it? We just sit here and drink?
Kaitlyn: Martin, come on…

Martin: No, seriously, I don’t see what’s so special about this placet. We can hardly talk with the music so loud.
Yeah, Martin’s definitely not the clubbing type; the closest thing he ever had to a nightlife was his night shifts as a police officer.
Kaitlyn: Oh, okay. Next time I’ll come by myself; you can stay at home with your laptop and books.
That night, Marty and Kaitlyn had their first argument since they had moved to Down. Luckily for them, they made up that same night.

The next day, Martin is back to his peaceful home life, doing one of the things he enjoys most: painting.
