My excitement for Inzoi is far from dying; on the contrary, it has grown, and I’ve been playing it a little more often, even though it still doesn’t offer much in terms of gameplay. But even so, I find it quite immersive as it is. Imagine when it is officially released or when the DLC starts rolling out. I can hardly wait! I’m also looking forward to upgrading my PC to use Inzoi’s full graphical potential.

Anyway, without more to say, here’s this post with more photos of Rowan on his first trip to explore the city of Dowon.

It was Rowan’s first attempt to strike up a conversation with Penelope Morris at the Flea Market. It seems like Penelope wasn’t interested. This was Rowan’s first romantic setback.

Having failed to impress Penelope, Rowan sought better luck at the lottery stand, then he took some pictures at the square and finally set off on his way back home.

Already at home, working on the computer.

Rowan doesn’t have a formal job yet; for now, he’s just learning about the two things that seem to interest him most, which are art and finance.

He’s also interested in his appearance, maybe a little too much, lol.

Until now, art seems to be what attracts him most.

A night view of Rowan’s apartment from outside.

Rowan finally made up his mind and got a job at a law firm. We’ll see how it goes…

Now, whenever a Zoi goes to work, he gets into this taxi here and disappears, but you can control what the zoi does at work through a small interaction menu just like in The Sims 3. At first, it was a bit tedious to wait the 8 hours of work until your zoi returned, but now they’ve added the option to speed up the clock and skip that part. So far, perhaps because it’s in early access, I feel like the job or whatever happens in it doesn’t have much impact on the lives of the zois. Let’s hope that gets a little more fleshed out over time.

Already back from work.

Making coffee. I love that in Inzoi, making coffee is a skill you can improve so you can make higher quality coffee every time.

Checking his phone in the afternoon on the terrace of his apartment.

Checking his appearance too, as always.

It’s a new day; Rowan is looking on his phone to see what other places he can explore in Dowon. There’s a lot to see, but first he’ll go to the flea market to see if he can find Penelope.

He looks a little serious today. I guess it’s because he’s starting to feel lonely in this huge city, and Penelope’s refusal to get to know him doesn’t help.

Music is another of Rowan’s great hobbies, so he practices a little guitar before the Flea Market opens.

Penelope didn’t come today. Bummer.

A little ramen for the soul.

Yeah, he feels much better now, although he still wonders where Penelope is, what she thinks of him and if she will be here tomorrow.

Checking her appearance once again when he returns home. Why doesn’t Penelope like him? Maybe he needs a makeover? A new hairstyle, perhaps?

Rowan returned to the square the next day, but once again, Penelope (bottom left) ignored him. He didn’t let that bother him, he’s well trained to control his emotions, so he continued his walk calmly and even took a selfie.

But when he got home, he made his decision: he definitely needed a new look. We’ll see how that turned out in an upcoming post. 😉
