Patrick finally gains access to the VIP area of the bar, but now Jun is nowhere to be found.

Patrick sends her a message telling her that she can now enter the annex, but he gets bored waiting for her to show up.

After a few minutes, Pat receives Jun’s reply, it is an apology, she got an emergency call from work and had to rush off.

So much for his perfect date. Seriously, he’d understand if Jun was a surgeon or something, but – what hospital calls in a bedpan cleaner in an emergency? Well, you never know.

Now Pat is the one who has to go to the restroom.

He doesn’t look happy. All that money spent on the stupid bouncer, for Jun to have abandoned his date in the end. What if there was no emergency call? What if she just made that up because she was bored and wanted to leave?

Nah, Jun wouldn’t do that, she’s pretty straightforward, if she’d been bored, she’d tell him right away. Maybe their next date will be better, if there’s a next one, that is, he’s too tired and annoyed now to think about it.

On his way home in the cab, alone. 😒

As he arrives, he thinks again of all the money he spent, it’ll be a looong week for him. Hopefully tomorrow he’ll earn a few simoleons counting ballots.

He doesn’t want to think about anything anymore and goes straight to bed. Tomorrow will be another day.
