Warning: The Cho Brothers is not properly a story, it’s just plain gameplay. Sometimes it may look like a story cause, well, I’m a storyteller and I can’t help myself, but it’s really just pure gameplay, a small part of my Hidden Springs rotational play. Anyway, I hope you enjoy it. It may not have a proper ending either cause at some point I’ll need to move from one household to another. Thanks for understanding.

THE MOBSTER
Terence Cho keeps his profession a secret from his family.
Nobody in the family knows what he does for a living, not even his brother Dale with whom he shares and apartment, much less his father who is the honorable Hidden Springs Fire Chief, or his mother, who, ironically, works in Law Enforcement.
Terence or “Terry the Terrible” as he’s known in the underworld, is so ambitious, that he didn’t settle for a simple life and decided to follow the criminal path.
Here we can see him getting ready for another night of ‘work’. Let’s see how longer he can hide from his family, or the law! Not very long, for sure. Good luck with that, Terry!

THE BUSINESSMAN
Dale Cho, the youngest of the Cho Brothers and one of my favorite sims.
Dale is a barman, but his dream is to enroll in the University and study Business so he can open his own bar someday.
Smoking is a bad habit, but Dale can’t help it.
hat’s probably because of the influence of his older brother Terence, best known around Hidden Springs as “Terry the Terrible”, who is in the Criminal Career. Despite being so different, Dale and Terence are very close.
Btw, Terry is also among my favorite sims, along with his other brother, Tyron Cho, of whom we will talk about later.

THE MODEL
This is Kelly Randall, Dale’s girlfriend. She’s in the Modeling Career.
Kelly and Dale are very much in love.
There’s one problem, though.
Kelly y Terence don’t get along. From the first day they met, the rejection was evident. The reason is no mystery, they just don’t like each other. Or rather, Kelly doesn’t like him, at all, period., period.
They argue all the time for anything. Terence might be a villain, but Kelly has a temper too!
Dale’s considering the possibility to move out with Kelly to his own apartment. After all, he has good job, he’s independent now. He doesn’t need Terry anymore.
Dale has to run to work again, hoping that Kel and Terry won’t kill each other while he’s out.

Bad boys need love too and Terence is not the exception.
The owner of his heart is his girlfriend, Cynthia Vanderburg.
Cynthia is the daughter of the Hidden Springs tycoon, Sebastian Vanderburg, son in his turn of the multi-millionaires Renauld and Catarina Vanderburg. Cynthia would do anything for her beloved Terry, that’s why she also followed the Criminal career, although she hasn’t got as high up as Terence.
Terence is crazy about Cynthia. She’s the only one who has some control over Terry ‘The Terrible’. Truth is they were made for each other.

Terence & Dale: Shaka brah!
Kelly: !!!!
Terence: Oops! Careful, honey, hehehe.
Dale: Hey, don’t laugh at my girl!
Terence: I wasn’t laughing at her.
Dale: Yes, you were. Come on, give her an apology.
Terence: Uh– I’m sorry, Kel.
Kelly: Yeah, sure you are.

Terence, training hard to get a promotion in his criminal career.
Cynthia needs to advance too, she’s just one point away from the next level. Thankfully she got Terence to train her.
Terence: “Come on, Cyn, you can do this!”
“That’s it, babe. You’re almost there”.
“Yes! That’s my girl!”.
It was a great day for Cynthia. She finally gained the Athletics point she needed. She wouldn’t have made it without Terry’s help.
7.
Terence, back from a hard day of “work”. It was worth it cause he got the promotion he was looking forward to. Now he’s and Evil Sidekick, Level 8 of the Criminal career, Evil Branch.
“Sidekickhood comes with many perks, most notably being one step closer to The Leader and working under a true mastermind – the Super Villain. Take note, wreak havoc as you see fit, and serve The Organization as best you can”.

Terence has been so happy with his promotion that there haven’t been any fights at home. But Kelly is sure to sit very far from Terence at the table.
With the extra money he made he was able to buy his beloved Cynthia a present.

Kelly has had a rough time at the treadmill. But she needs to improve her Athletics skill if she wants to move up in the Modeling career.
Dale: Calm down, babe, you’ll make it. It’s a matter of time.
Dale: Maybe if you’d ask Terry to be your coach–
Kelly:” Terry? No, thanks.
Dale: Come on, give it a chance. What can you lose by asking?
Terence: Your coach? I don’t know, I’ll have to think about it. In the meantime, you should fix your laptop, it’s been broken for days.
Cynthia: ¿Terry? Come on, darling, help Kelly with her training, please. She’s my best friend– no, she’s the only friend I have.
Terence: I said I’d think about it, don’t push me, Cyn. Now leave me alone, I have to finish this potion for the Boss.

Among other things, Terence has been honing his cooking skill. 🥣

Terence goes out for a smoke while he waits for Cynthia to get back from work. It’s taking her longer than usual.
One who did get home early was Dale. He has good news. It seems that, at last, he got a promotion at the Bistro.
Terence: A promotion, huh?
Dale: Yes, they promoted me to Bouncer!
Terence: Oh, I see.
Terence: Well, if you want to make really good money, I can take you to my boss. He’s always in need of more thugs.
Dale decides to decline the offer. The money sounds good, but crime is definitely not his thing.
Dale: Thank you, T., but I’ll take the Bouncer job. Maybe later they’ll give me a position at the bar itself.
Terence: Okay, bro. You go for it, and good luck.

Kelly: What is this, a wrinkle? Nooo, it can’t be, I’m too young for that!

Just a regular night at the Cho brothers’ house. Terence was about to start dinner when…
Terence: What’s all that yelling coming from the hall? Sounds serious, I rather go look.
It seems like Dale and Kelly are having a fight.
Kelly: I heard it from a friend, she saw you flirting with one of the Bistro waitresses.
Dale: That isn’t true, I swear. Your friend must have lied to you.
Kelly: Shut up! My friend isn’t a liar, and I know you very well, Dale Cho!
Like I said, Kelly does have a temper…
Kelly: Take that, cheater!
Terence: Ouch, that must have hurt.
Dale: Terry, go mind your own business, okay?
Terence: Whatever. Just don’t kill each other in my house, please.
Dale: Kel, believe me, babe. I wasn’t flirting, she was the one flirting with me!
Kelly: Lies. I know you kissed her.
Dale: It was just one tiny little kiss…
Kelly: Ugh, you’re so cynical– Is this what you’ve learned from your brother?
Dale: Kelly, forgive me, okay? I promise it won’t happen again.
Kelly: Really? You promise?
Dale: I do.
Kelly: Do you promise as well that you’ll find an apartment for just the two of us?
Dale: I promise that too, babe.
Kelly: Aw, Dale, how is it I always end up forgiving you?
Dale: Because you love me?
Terence: *From upstairs* You two, get a room already!
Dale: That’s an excellent idea, thanks T.!

THE SINGER
Tyron Ch is the oldest of the Cho Brothers, he’s in the Singer career.
He used to work delivering Sing-a-Grams. Here he is, delivering one to his own grandmother, Tanya Cho.
Tyron has worked hard, so now he’s a Rising Star.
He lives with his wife, Candice Barnard, she’s a firefighter.
While Candice is at work, Tyron cooks and cleans. That is about to change, cause he’s planning to hire a butler.

Candice joined the Fire Department not long ago.
There she met her boss, Jasper Goth.

Tyron finished delivering Sing-A-Grams, now he’s going home. He has plans for tonight.
Right after dinner, he proposed to Candice. Yeah, they were on their pajamas and about to go to bed, but he just couldn’t wait, lol.
Tyron: Candice, I know I’m wearing my underwear, but you are the sunshine of my life, and I just couldn’t wait until tomorrow to ask, will you marry me?
Candice: Oh, my God, Ty. This is so beautiful and… unexpected.
Tyron: Is that a yes?
Candice: Yes! Yes, of course I will marry you.
Tyron: I love you, Candice.
Candice: I love you too, Ty.
Well, so far, so good. The first of the Cho Brothers is going to get married, let’s see if the other two follow his example soon. 😉

It was a difficult work day for Candice. There was a fire at Tristan Luck’s house. It was a big scare for him and his son Freddy. Fortunately, Candice was able to put out the fire quickly.
