And that’s all about Terence and Cynthia (for now). I’m playing rotationally with my Hidden Springs families, especially with the fifth-generation sims, from which the Cho brothers are first born. The goal for Tyron and Terence was to find a girlfriend, get married and had one first baby.

For Tyron and Candice, it was quick and easy. Terry took a little more time, that’s why his turn seemed longer. But in the end, both brothers accomplished their goals and advanced in their careers.

Now we’ll continue with Dale, the youngest of the Cho brothers, and his girlfriend Kelly. It would be a bit different with them. Since they’re completely focused on their careers, their goal at the moment is to go to the University and get a degree.
Dale and Kelly aren’t steady yet, much less are they engaged, so we’ll have to leave marriage and babies for later. First, we’ll need to see where their relationship goes.
After Dale’s turn, the rotation will continue with other fifth generation sims from Hidden Springs and probably from other towns too, so I don’t know when we’ll get be able to focus on Tyron and Terence again. But I’m sure during that time they’ll continue achieving success in their careers and in their lives in general. 😀

Dale, already living in his new home, practicing his Mixology skill.
123.

Another day, another mixology practice.

This drink requires a match.

Dale is a little afraid of fire, it reminds him of the day he burned his brother Terry’s house down by not putting out the fireplace.

Bad memories, and at the same time good, because it was during that fire that he met Kelly. She was working in the fire department with Dale’s father William.

Anyway, the drink must be tasted.
Dale: Hm, not bad.
In fact, Dale is getting better and better, maybe soon he can fulfill his dream of being the best bartender, and later, owning his own bar.

Terry offered him the position of manager in one of his bars, but Dale doesn’t want to depend on his brother anymore, he moved into his own house for a reason. Well, and also because Terry and Kelly can’t even see each other. Now he finally has his own space, his own life, and a future, since he and Kelly will soon be going off to college. Well, if they pass the aptitude test and get a scholarship, that is.
124.

Dinner time, luckily there were some leftovers from the day before. Dale is not as good a cook as Terence (yet).

It’s a shame he and Kelly can’t have dinner together, but she almost always works late. Her modeling career is very demanding.

Kelly: Dale? I’m home! Are you around?

Dale: It’s Kelly. Looks like she got out early today. Good, we will be able to take the aptitude test together.
125.

Taking the aptitude test – good luck, guys!
126.

A few hours later, Dale is checking their results…

Success! They both were admitted and received scholarships to college. Dale will enroll in the Business major, and Kelly in the Physical Education major.

Dale is so happy he could cry. His dream is finally coming true! He will be the only one of the Cho brothers to go to college like his parents did. He can’t wait to call them to tell them the news, but it’ll have to wait until tomorrow cause it’s a little late.
127.

The next day, Dale told his parents and brothers that he had been admitted to college. They were all excited and happy for him and extended their good wishes.

That same night he and Kelly left for college. Let’s see what surprises await them there! 😉
128.

Dale and Kelly have arrived in college. She’s ready, not only to study hard, but to make lots of friends and attend lots of parties. Dale also wants to meet people and have fun (he’s a party animal after all), but something seems to be bothering him. Maybe he’s thinking about the problems they had in Hidden Springs, before they moved into their own house. Luckily here they will be alone, with no one to bother them.
129.

Before leaving for the Meet & Greet, Kelly does a little reading.

Dale prefers to play his favorite video game.

Then the two end up dancing together to cheer each other up – lucky they’re both very good dancers!
130.

Already on campus.

Kelly is trying to overcome her fear of speaking in public. When she was a firefighter she talked to people, but she had never spoken in front of a full classroom. It was a little intimidating, but she got over it quickly.

Dale, on the other hand, took to playing ping pong and meeting other students. Admittedly, Dale is good at sports, even if his aspirations have nothing to do with it, and social networking is definitely his forte. 😊
131.

None of the freebies seem to be of interest to Dale.
Dale: *To himself*. Is this all they have? Where are the real goodies?

Time to go for a snack.

Why can’t sim couples ever sit down to eat together in college?
(In the background we can see Skip Taylor, playing on the gaming machines shirtless).
132.

Dale didn’t like at all the bar in the student building, much less the drinks they served there.

Dale: These drinks don’t have alcohol in them.
Kelly: Of course not, we’re in college.
Dale: People drink in college too.
Kelly: Not at the Meet & Greet.

Dale: They call this a bar? Please!
Dale walks away in disgust; Kelly rolls her eyes. It’s at times like this that Dale reminds her of his brother Terence. Sometimes they’re so much alike! Unfortunately.
133.

And speaking of Dale behaving like his brother Terence…

From him he learned some useful, if a bit violent, things. Like getting free soda from the vending machine.

It’s an old tactic Terence taught him when they were in high school. It’s no big deal, just shake it up and push it around a bit.

Dale: Now all you have to do is wait, and…

Dale: There it is.
Yes. Dale got his soda. And without paying a cent! These are tricks he always wants to keep in mind.
134.

Smoking is another bad habit Dale learned from Terry. Hopefully now that he is away from him he will forget his addiction along with other bad behaviors.

But who knows if that’s possible, even though Dale struggles every day to be different, Terry’s influence on him is quite strong.
135.

Kelly, studying for her Anatomy class. She’d rather be watching that TV show about doctors, a more interesting approach to “Anatomy”.
136.

Kelly and Dale, improving their athletic skills. 😄
137.

Watching the stars together…

What secrets will Dale and Kelly share? We have no idea.

What we do know is that they’re both very much in love and that their love is mutual and unconditional.

Will they survive or will there be something that can tear them apart?
138.

Dale is practicing his speech for tomorrow’s class presentation, but he keeps forgetting the lines. He’s always been good with numbers, but not with words.
Dale: “A corporation can be created by several shareholders, who come together to…” What was next? I guess I forgot. Wait, why do I need a speech? I’m gonna be a businessman, not a politician.
Kelly: *From upstairs*. Businessmen give speeches too!

Dale: True. Ah, if Terry was here, he would know exactly how to do this, talking is his thing, not mine.
Kelly: *Again from upstairs*. Forget Terry, you can do this on your own!
Dale: *To himself*. Can I?
139.

The next day, Dale is a little nervous about his conference. He has barely tasted his breakfast.
Kelly: Relax, honey, it’s gonna be fine.

That wasn’t enough. There must be a way to cheer him up, to make him forget his nervousness.
140.

Kelly had a great idea to ease Dale’s nerves.
Kelly: How about a massage before we go to class?
Dale: I don’t know, we might get late.
Kelly: Don’t worry, I’ll make it quick.

It seems that after the massage, Dale has something else on his mind.

Kelly: I thought you didn’t want to be late.
Dale: Don’t worry, this will be quick too.
Kelly: Dale… *Blushes*.

The next thing that is heard is the sound of the bedroom door closing behind them.

About half an hour later…
Dale: Let’s hurry or we’ll be late!
Kelly: *Sigh*

Yeah, they’re both going to be late, but Dale’s stress is definitely gone! 😉

Dale and Kelly hope their little delay won’t impact their performance in class today. Yes, it was risky to do this at the last minute, but do they regret it? Of course they don’t! ❤️
