InZOI Gameplay – Martin’s First Days in Dowon

As I mentioned in a previous post, Martin Cooper was first created in The Sims 4, and from there I brought him into my InZOI game. But Marty didn’t always look the same—he changed his look a couple of times before settling onto his current appearance.

At first, he used only a base game hair style, which I chose because it was the closest to the original Martin (TS4), though I never found anything that really matched.

Anyway, this is what Martin looked like in the beginning.

And this is Marty nowadays.

Thanks and credits to Niven (@nivendesigns) for the amazing Paolo Hair. (Recently I switched to Malgon Hair, also by Niven, which is pretty similar—to be honest, I don’t really notice much difference). This hairstyle suited Martin perfectly, and his “new” personality too, cause he’s no longer a police officer but a media production student—and in his spare time, he’s a painter and a writer.

To get to know Martin better, here’s his Zoi Card: Basic Info, Desired Life, Trait (1) and Characteristics (2); Ambitions, Urges, Skills, Values, and Memory.

All these images are self-explanatory, except for the Age Group (Martin is a Young Adult), and the Urges, which don’t have a description, but that’s actually better cause if I told you what that urge is, it would be a spoiler. I probably shouldn’t have mentioned the “Engaged” memory either, but at least I’m not telling you who he got engaged to. 😉 Also, I had to cut the card into sections so I could display everything properly).

Here’s Martin in his first house in Dowon. Sorry I don’t give credit for it, but honestly, I don’t remember if this was a house from the game or one I downloaded—it’s been a few months now. I mean, this particular photo is from January. Since then, a lot has changed for Marty and the game. So, if anyone recognizes this house as their creation, please let me know and I’ll give you due credit.

Among Marty’s hobbies, besides painting and writing, are listening to music and mixing drinks. Here we see him mixing his first drink ever.

By the way, why were we able to make drinks using just the countertop at first, but now we need to use a drink mixer? Or did that only happen in my game? No matter how many times I click on the countertop now, there’s no option to make drinks. If I want to make them, I have to place a drink mixer on it. Oh well.

Martin used to lead a very solitary life before meeting his controversial partner, Kaitlyn Brown, an ambitious florist from Dowon.

Before Kaitlyn came into his life, he spent most of his time at home, writing, reading, listening to music, mixing his drinks…

Or just checking his phone and posting things on Bubbly.

Every now and then he would go for a walk around town, but always alone.

I love taking pictures of Martin because he always looks good, no matter what he’s wearing or what time of day it is. I don’t know if it’s the game lighting on his silver hair, or the color of his eyes, or if it’s just that the camera loves him, but Marty always manages to look fabulous. And he’s one of my favorite Inzoi characters, so expect to see a lot more of him from now on. 💖✨
