As I mentioned in my previous post, I am currently playing mainly with three “new” Zois, in quotation marks because they are not really new, since Tyler and John were created when Inzoi first came out, and Martin is a remake of a character I created in The Sims 4 but never got around to sharing. Anyway, today we’ll start with Tyler, since his family is the one I’ve played with most recently, and then we’ll continue with John and Martin, following the dates on the photos in my archive. It’s all a bit confusing, I know, but just bear with me.

I created Tyler for Inzoi even before John Robinson; let’s say he was my first ever Inzoi OC. Thing is, I accidentally deleted his save from my laptop. But later, while updating my game on my desktop computer, I found some old saves there, including Tyler’s, and I decided to rescue it. I changed Ty’s look with some of the little custom content I’ve gathered and started a whole new game with him.

Tyler is a young adult who started working at Adam Entertainment as a Junior Rookie, with his sights set on becoming a K-pop star.

I don’t quite understand how this career works, because when you reach Senior Rookie, your career ends, they thank you for your service and wish you luck on your journey. I guess (and hope) that there will be an update later where, with the training they acquire in this job, zois can become pop singers, actors, or superstars in general. We’ll see.

Now here’s a brief summary of Tyler’s personality:
Trait: Troublemaker.
Characteristics: Materialistic and Genius.
Desired Life: Life of Creativity.
Preferences (Likes): Fast Food, Dancing, and Singing. He dislikes Yoga and Repair Work.
Values: Pleasure, Autonomy, and Challenger in that order.
Most Developed Skills: Performance, Instrument, Fitness, and Charm.

Tyler didn’t start out alone in the zoi world; he was joined by his wife, Allison Moore. I must admit they didn’t exactly get off on the right foot and had problems from the get-go. Maybe because they were incompatible, the fact is they just didn’t click and were always fighting for some reason.

Tyler was beginning to consider divorce, but then something unexpected happened.

His life took a 180-degree turn when Allison told him she was pregnant.

The news deeply moved him, making him want his marriage to work, and it kind of did for a while.

Despite ups and downs, the marriage was sustained by the joy of the new baby on the way, a baby girl in fact.

Tyler promised Allison he would do everything he could to make their marriage work, so they could take care of the innocent life that was on their way. Everything seemed to be going smoothly…

Until Tyler met Weizhi. Frankly, I don’t remember if he met her at work or through an online dating site. Tyler has never been known for his fidelity and has had a few affairs, especially due to incompatibility issues with Allison.

The thing is, with Weizhi it was different because they hit it off right away. One thing led to another, and from a simple casual date, they moved on to a more or less serious relationship.

And Tyler ended up falling in love with her. In fact, he was the first to confess his feelings, which Weizhi initially rejected because she knew he was married and, on the other hand, she wasn’t looking for anything serious at the time.

Now Tyler was in a dilemma because he was in love with Weizhi but was expecting a baby with Allison, with whom he fought every day. They just didn’t understand each other at all. He didn’t want to leave the baby without a father, so he went ahead with the marriage even though he and Allison barely spoke to each other anymore. For a while, he didn’t know what to do and just carried on with both relationships.

He continued to meet with Weizhi every day after work. The relationship progressed so much that Tyler started rolling the urge (wish) to suggest Weizhi they have a baby, which makes me think he wanted to start a family with her.

At this point, for Weizhi this was no longer just a fling, she appeared to be quite in love as well.

But she didn’t want to remain the secret girlfriend; she wanted a full life with Tyler or nothing at all, so she gave him an ultimatum: either they got married, or they would have to break up, cause she couldn’t stand the way things were going. Maybe because Weizhi’s top values are Traditionalism, Authority, and Love.

Fortunately for her, although she and Tyler don’t share exactly the same values, they do share the same vision. Ty wants a family with her but doesn’t want to continue deceiving Allison, so he promised her he would seek a divorce so they could marry and start the family they’ve been dreaming of.

That was decided that afternoon, and they sealed the pact with a kiss.

The next day, when he got home from work, Tyler asked Allison for a divorce. Things got ugly, there was yelling and name-calling on both sides, they got everything off their chests that they had been holding in for ages, and the relationship came to an end. By that time, Tyler and Allison’s baby had already been born. (I don’t have any photos of the event or the breakup and divorce because, as I said, I was so immersed in playing that I even forgot to take pictures. XD. It’s not my habit to narrate without photos, but this time it will have to be that way, for which I apologize).

Actually, Tyler and Weizhi’s story isn’t really a story, it’s just gameplay, and I just go with the flow of what’s happening and I’m posting all this in broad strokes.

Well, this is all for today. With a little luck I’ll be able to post a bit more about them tomorrow. 😉
