In the end, Allan and Kaden decided to return to the villa, where they spent another wonderful night together. Now the two are getting ready to go relax at the spa.

Before leaving, Allan surprised Kaden with a gift. Kade feels flattered and also overwhelmed, as it is clearly an expensive present, but Allan doesn’t care. He can afford that and more. Besides, he believes Kaden deserves the best for brightening up his lonely, boring, and stressful celebrity life.

At the resort, buying their spa passes.

A good foot massage for starters.

And then a scalp massage. Ah… this is the part of being a celebrity that Allan did actually miss.

Kade isn’t very interested in this kind of things, but he agreed to try them to please Al.

Lastly, a sunbath by the pool. Neither of them spoke much; they were both lost in their thoughts. What could they be thinking about?

Leaving the spa. Kaden fell behind cause Allan seemed to be in a hurry. Doesn’t matter, he doesn’t want to put pressure on him. Plus, walking alone can help him organize his ideas.

Allan also needs to get his affairs in order. Many difficult things await him when he returns. For example, Zoe’s upcoming arrival in Bliss Bay. They both will meet to discuss Zeke’s custody.

Another day in Cahaya, today it was time to go see the turtles.

And as always, Kaden enjoys taking photographs.

For Allan, spending time with these fascinating creatures was a calming experience.

By noon they went fishing, or rather, Allan did, because Kaden spent the whole time feeding the fish his snacks.

Although apparently the “fish” are just these big jellyfish that are everywhere.

Kaden: Oh my God, Al. See? The fish love chips!
Allan: If there were any fish here, I’d have caught one by now.
Kaden: Be patient, dear, something will bite.
Allan: Okay. Just don’t fall overboard. You don’t wanna get stung by those things.

The fishing ended with moderate success—only a few small fish, but not bad for a start. Now Allan just wants to relax in the sun. Kaden has run out of chips, so he’s taken the helm this time.
Allan: Everything okay over there?
Kaden: Yeah, I’ve got this. So where to now?
Allan: That’s a good question.
(I don’t think they’re talking about the same thing).🤔

It’s late afternoon, Allan and Kaden decided to revisit the deserted island. After spending some quality time together, Kaden is exhausted. The night will soon fall, so Allan prepares to build a campfire.

Looks like he succeeded in lighting it.
Allan: Yeah, I’m the best! I’m the king of bonfires!
Kaden: Al, could you keep it down? I’m trying to sleep here.
Allan: Oh, sure, sorry.
Kaden: It’s okay, baby.

“Baby.” No one has called him that in a while…
“Are you okay, baby?” Fabian’s voice flashes back from somewhere in his memory.
Allan: (In a very quiet voice) No, Fab. I’m not okay, baby.

Kaden: Al? Did you say something?
Allan: Uh, nothing important, go ahead and rest, K.
Kaden: (Yawns) Okay…

Kaden: Good thing we have an outdoor bathroom now, by the way.
Allan: Yeah, I don’t like peeing in the sand.
Kaden: Are you sure you’re okay?
Allan: I’m with you on a desert island, so I’m not complaining.

Before nightfall, Allan and Kaden left the island, checked out of the resort, and returned to the rental house where they had arrived at the beginning. A simple dinner, and then they would take the flight that would bring them back to reality, to Bliss Bay. Neither of them spoke much during dinner. They both felt a little overwhelmed at having to end their dreamy vacation.

AT THE SEAPLANE DOCK, ABOUT TO BOARD THEIR FLIGHT…
Allan: Thank you, Kade, for everything. It was my best vacation in, like, forever.
Kaden: No, thanks to you, Al. I hope we can do this again soon.
Allan: Trust me, we will. As soon as I get my life together, I mean.

Kaden: Relax, there’s no rush. The important thing is that you’re okay.
Allan: I don’t think I’ll be okay for a long time, but I’ll try. I hope you don’t mind my occasional moodiness.
Kaden: Of course not, and I want you to know that you have my full support.
Allan: Thank you, Kade. I’m so happy I found you.
Kaden: Likewise.

BACK AT THEIR HOME IN BLISS BAY…
Allan: Sorry I can’t stay the night. Zoe called. She had to move up her business trip, so she’s here already and wants to talk to me right away.
Kaden: Don’t worry. I’ll unpack for both of us. Will I see you tomorrow?
Allan: Yep. I’ll try to be back early.
Kaden: Great. Good luck, Al.
Allan: Thanks, K. I think I’m gonna need it.
