With just a few hours to go before the concert at Rodeo Go-Go, Tyron is giving instructions to the babysitter on duty before leaving.

What he doesn’t know is an unexpected intruder has managed to sneak into his bedroom while he was out checking on Brandi.

Just imagine his surprise when he took a few steps in and found Katie lying on his bed in her sleepwear.
Tyron: What? Katie, what the hell are you doing here?
Katie: Waiting for you. Like I said, we should make the most of our time together before your girlfriend comes back.

Tyron: Not a chance. Please get dressed at once and go back to your room. Party’s over, as soon as I return from the concert, I’ll book you into a hotel.
Katie: You wouldn’t.
Tyron: Of course I would. I mean it, Katie, stop challenging me or I’ll call you a cab right now and you’ll have to find a place yourself.

Tyron’s firm and convincing tone makes Katie give up. It’s not a good idea to upset him now. When he gets back from the concert, she’ll see a way to persuade him to let her stay longer.
Katie: Ugh, fine, fine.

While Katie gets out of bed, Tyron goes to get ready to leave, but when he returns, she’s still in the room.

Tyron: You’re still here, didn’t you hear me?
Katie: Loud and clear. God, what a fuss over a simple visit.
Tyron: A simple visit that could ruin my life; and yours. Como on, get dressed, go to your room, and I hope I don’t see you in mine when I get back. I have to go now, good night, Katie.

Well, things aren’t going exactly the way Katie planned., but she’s not willing to give up anytime soon.
Rodeo Go-Go, almost 8 pm…

Tyron ‘s arriving at the Rodeo Go-Go. On the way in, he ran into Richard, Kayla’s brother. Good news: she’s flying home from Hidden Springs and will most likely make it in time for the show. That’s great, but why didn’t she call him? Well, maybe she wanted to surprise him.

The concert is about to start; Tyron is a little worried. What if Kayla gets to the house first and runs into Katie? Maybe he should call her to warn her, but there’s no time for that. Hopefully, she’ll decide to come straight to the Rodeo, so he can explain everything to her before they both return home.

Still a little nervous, Tyron gets ready to begin his performance.

Within minutes of starting, the music makes him forget his nervousness. Now he feels secure and confident.

Everything is going wonderfully. There’s not much of an audience, but those few attendees cheer and applaud him. Tyron is on cloud nine.

Suddenly, among the crowd, he spots Kayla, dancing to the beat and cheering with all her heart too.

It’s a relief for Tyron to see her there. It’s just what he needed to make his night perfect.

The rest of his performance is devoted almost entirely to her.

Kayla’s presence gives him extra inspiration and all the energy he needed to give his best.

Although, in truth, it’s a little bittersweet, because he still has to tell her about Katie’s visit. He’s not sure how she will take it.

Anyway, he tries not to think about anything else and concentrate on his music.

If anything, the nerves and uncertainty, mixed with the joy of seeing Kayla again, help him put even more emotion into his renditions of popular songs like “One More Gray Day”,

“Don’t say not now”.

And his favorite, “It Hurt Both Ways.”
Who will he think of when he sings this one? I think we all know.

At the end of the concert, he earns a well-deserved ovation.

The reviews of his show are in!

Okay? Maybe the review isn’t what he expected, but it’s not a bad start. At least people in Starlight Shores are starting to notice him. Whatever the case, the concert is over, the result was satisfactory but now comes the tricky part: talking to Kayla.
