Terence has been away from home, taking care of all kinds of business. At the Sandy Place he ran into Riley, who now works with him at the casino, and she has asked him to help her look for a decent house in Lucky Palms. Terence is always too busy, so he’ll have to ask Jaycen to look into this.

Meanwhile, at home, Davy is making new experiments with his food, which he seems to find too interesting, not for eating, of course.

Another matter of interest is Davy’s new babysitter. We’ve lost count of how many of them have gone through the Cho-Vanderburg household. The problem is not Davy, but Terence, who is too demanding.

Davy doesn’t care much about the babysitter’s performance, as long as she’s willing to watch TV with him all afternoon and make him some snacks, the latter supervised by the junk food police, a.k.a. Terence.

Cynthia is grateful for the presence of the nanny, or nannies, whoever they are, hasn’t been feeling too cheerful lately. She hasn’t felt like getting into the kitchen either. Her mind is focused on only one thing: her return to work.

Well, let Cynthia enjoy her break, Terry doesn’t care cause, like the rest of the Cho men, he’s very good at cooking, so he’s perfectly able to prepare his favorite dishes on his own.

Dusk fell upon Lucky Palms…

Riley Woods is on her way to her new home. She has just gotten a call from Jaycen. He announced the house is ready for her to move in.

Upon arrival, before even walking through the door, Riley calls Terence to thank him.

Riley: I must say it’s not exactly what I’m used to, but it’ll do while I find something I can live with. Anyway, I appreciate it, honey.
Terence: Well, thank Jaycen, he’s the one who took care of it. And please, no ‘honey’, just call me ‘boss’.

Riley: ‘Boss’? I thought we were partners.
Terence: We will be, if/when you get your money back and are able to invest in the casino, in the meantime, I’m sorry, but you’re just another employee.
Riley: Ok, then help me get my money back.
Terence: I will, if I knew how. But you never told me what this other condition is your father set to return it to you.

Riley: I’ll tell you, but not now, I’m really tired, I’ll come to see you later to talk.
Terence: Fine, look for me at the Lucky Simoleon, if you show up at home again, you’ll get me in trouble with Cynthia.

Riley: Cynthia is the real trouble, not me. Someday you’ll understand why. Anyway, gotta go, bye.

Riley: (Sighs) Well, time to go in. We’ll see how good Jaycen’s taste in houses is. Honestly, I would’ve preferred Terence to choose it himself, he does know how to live the good life.

Riley: Well… It’s not exactly my style, but it’s not bad, it might work for now.

Riley doesn’t have time or desire to be picky right now, she’s really tired after a hard day’s work at the Casino, A work that she’s certainly not familiar with, mostly running errands for Terence. Riley: Luckily, I won’t stay in this hell hole forever. I must talk to Terence ASAP. Let’s hope he agrees to help me and doesn’t back down when he hears my plan.
(Note: The talk Riley needs to have with Terence is about why her father took her money away from her and what the conditions are for getting it back, which they discussed earlier in this post).
