While Dale lives out his inner drama, Lauri has gone to practice her communication skills outside the laundromat.

Lauri: Greetings to all the university students who are gathered today at the Meet & Greet, I hope you are having a good time and that you are all ready for the new term.

Thanks to her entertaining transmission, Lauri is now “ready for the lifestyle of fantastic conversation, becoming a socialite of renown, and always knowing the right thing to say. To become more Charismatic, Lauri will constantly need to get out and socialize with sims in the neighborhood”.

Well, that will come in handy when she starts her job at the Lucky Simoleon casino. Although the idea of socializing with people like Terry the Terrible doesn’t really appeal to her.
MEANWHILE, ON THE SECOND FLOOR…

Sarah: That’s it, kick that ball… No, not you. I meant you, buddy.

Sarah: Oh, come on, don’t you know how to play? You’re stuck at this table for life, you have no other job but to kick that stupid ball.

Dale: You’re aware these are just wooden action figures, right?

Sarah: Of course I am… Dammit! Dude, you’ve just ruined the immersion.
Dale: Sorry, I didn’t mean to.
Sarah: Wanna make it up? Play a match with me. But first answer your phone, it’s ringing off the hook.

Dale: Yeah, well, I’m not taking this.
Sarah: Why not? That could be Kelly. She’ll go batshit crazy if you don’t answer her.
Dale: I checked; it’s not her.
Sarah: So it’s Carol Chen again. Boy, that witch can’t take no for an answer.
Dale: It’s not Carol either.

Sarah: Who is it then?
Dale: No one you know.
Sarah: An ex?
Dale: Kinda.
Sarah: It’s not Riley, is it?

Dale: Relax, it’s not her. She gave up a long time ago.
Sarah: (Dale’s phone keeps ringing). Well, that’s the most desperate ex ever.
Dale: Are you shooting or not?
Sarah: Ok, none of my business, I get it. Prepare to get crushed then.

Dale: We’ll see, I was foosball champion in high school.
Sarah: Me too, so get ready.

Lauri’s finished her practice, now she’s doing some reading while waiting for the clothes to come out and for Dale and Sarah to finish their foosball match. By the way, who could be the person calling Dale? Clearly he didn’t want her to know. One thing’s for sure it was a girl, cause he was whispering the whole time. Good thing Kelly had already left, or she would’ve made a scene for him.
