How to forget the first time Alexander went to study at the Wilson house. That ‘studying’ was just a figure of speech, because he and Anika didn’t study at all, nor did they let Kennedy concentrate, which was very annoying for her!

Of course, they didn’t even notice, because they were too busy goofing around and flirting.

Kennedy: Those two should get a room for once and let me study.
Kennedy forgets this is Anika’s room too, so she doesn’t need to get one. 😉

Anika and Alexander seem to be having a great time, and Kennedy is happy for them, especially for Anika. She loves her sister to pieces, just…

She just doesn’t understand why she can’t have the same? Why has it taken Orange so long to ask her out on a date or at least come home to study, like Alexander does? This just isn’t fair.

As if the evening wasn’t awkward enough, now Allan has come to the bedroom to check on them.
Allan: Hey, guys, don’t you think it’s a little late for studying already? Remember it’s a school day tomorrow.
Allan’s subtle way of telling Alex it’s time to go home.

Allan: See you soon Alex, thanks for helping Anika with Math.
Alexander: You’re welcome Mr. Wilson. Have a good evening, sir.

Allan: You too. Oh, and give my love to Morty and Bella.
Alexander: …

Anika: Oh, no, did my dad just send his ‘love’ to ‘Morty’ and Bella?

With all the rumors going around about Allan’s ‘friendship’ with the Goth couple, this has only made Alex feel even more awkward.
Anika: Why does my dad have to be so inappropriate at times?

As if Kennedy could guess her sister’s thoughts:
Kennedy: Yeah, that wasn’t awkward at all…

Allan: Wait, did I say something wrong?

The accusing silence of his daughters is the only answer.
Allan: But I was just sending my regards to a couple of friends.

True, those were just innocent greetings, but Alex did not take it well cause they reminded him of some bad press stuff. Anika is afraid that, after this, Alex could go missing for weeks. Now it’s not only Kennedy who is depressed!

Both sisters have lost their desire to study, but not their appetite, so they go to the kitchen to get something to eat. Lukas asked questions; Anika told him what had happened.

Anika: I tried to call Alex a while ago, but he’s not answering his phone.
Lukas: Well, maybe he hasn’t got home, or maybe his cell phone died.
Anika: Or maybe he’s upset because of what dad said.

Lukas: I don’t see why, Dad was just sending greetings. He and the Goths are actually good friends, the rest is only in the imagination of wrong-headed tabloid people. We all know that.
Anika: Well, maybe it’s simple for us to understand, cause we’re a celebrity’s children. But not for Alex.

Lukas: Why not? Mortimer and Bella are also celebrities in their own way. And honestly, being a Goth isn’t that different from being a Wilson.
Anika: You think?
Lukas: Yeah. If we can deal with our parents’ fame, Alex can deal with theirs too.

While Anika and Lukas discuss about celebrity, Kennedy’s gone to take his dinner in the music room, where Allan is practicing on the piano.
Allan: Hey, Kenny, what’s up? You look sad.
Kennedy: I am.

Allan: Wanna talk about it?
Kennedy: I don’t know if there’s a point.
Allan: Well, if this is about what I said to Alex up there, I…
Kennedy: It’s none of that, it’s… about Orange.
Allan: Oh, I see. What did he do now?

Kennedy: Rather what did he NOT do.
Allan: Still MIA, huh?
Kennedy: Yeah, no matter how many text messages I send him, he never answers them, and he rarely ever picks up my calls… Aw, I wish I was lucky like Anika, she’s got Alex wrapped around her finger.

Kennedy: Why can’t I have the same with O.?
Allan: Well, that kid’s life is hectic. His family tours all the time and attends lots of events. There’s hardly time for anything else. But I’m really close friends with Octavia, so if you’d like, I can call her and…
Kennedy: Thanks, Dad, that’s nice of you, but I can manage.

That same evening, Kennedy made a further attempt to contact Orange.

To no avail, cause he never picked up.
Kennedy: Dang it, Orange, what’s the matter with you?

Whatever it is, Kennedy has had enough for tonight, so she went to bed.

Allan decided to help Kennedy anyway, so before going to bed he sent a message to Octavia. She’s probably asleep by now, but he’s sure she’ll get back to him tomorrow.

Zoe is already asleep too, so he goes to keep her company.

Anika found it useless to try to continue studying and also headed to bed.

She couldn’t help overhearing what Kennedy said to their dad. Alex wrapped around her finger? Yeah, right. It’s quite an ordeal just to get him to answer the phone or come out of his lair and visit. He’s self-conscious and shy as it is, so after today, who knows when he’ll be back.

Better to go to sleep than to go on overthinking. She can’t stay up all night, she has to get up early tomorrow for yet another boring school day. *Sigh*.

The only one still awake is Lukas. He’s been waiting for nightfall because he’s curious to try out the new telescope.

The sky is so clear today, you can easily see all those twinkling stars… He wonders if Lucas Munch might be looking at the sky too right now. Ah, if only this telescope could reach all the way to Windenburg and peep through Lucas’s window!

Finally, the spectacular view of Del Sol Valley manages to distract him from his thoughts. It’s a pretty overwhelming sight, considering what living in Del Sol has meant for the Wilsons. Fame definitely comes with a price…
Lukas: Yeah, I guess it’s time to go to bed now.

Once in bed, sleep starts to defeat Lukas, but apparently not Zeke.
Zeke: Were you looking at the stars with the new telescope?
Lukas: M-hm.
Zeke: Great. Can I stargaze with you tomorrow?
Lukas: (Half asleep) Sure.
Zeke: Thanks! Good night, bro.
Lukas: Night, Z. (Snores)
*Disclaimer: As the name of the new label says, these are some memories of the Wilsons that took place before they moved out of their old house, before the kids graduated from high school, and before Allan’s relapse which sent him back to rehab. We’re basically traveling to the past, so what you’ll see in this section will not correspond to the sequence we’ve been through so far. At the end of these memories, we’ll return with the regular Wilsons timeline.
Thanks for your patience. 😉
