As promised, after a long time, we return to Patrick Orbison’s Bridgeport. (The Kingstons’ Bridgeport is in another sim universe. We’ll return there soon enough, don’t worry).

Patrick continues to work hard for that promotion at work he’s longed for. He’s been honing his social networking, charisma and logic skills, mostly.

Since today is his day off and Jun Xu is working, Pat invited his best friend, Ace Wilde to hang out.

The two had a great time catching up on their lives and basically being silly.

After lunch they drank only water. Tomorrow is a work day, so they cannot drink alcohol. They couldn’t drink tea either because the kettle didn’t work, (for a change).

The conversation mainly revolved around politics and how to change the world with it. Ace gave up quickly, Patrick could argue for days on end, he’s going to be a good politician no doubt.

Then they both became serious. It seems they have some pending business, I don’t know yet what it is, but I’m sure we’ll find out later.

Ace has left, it’s time to go to bed, Patrick misses Jun, but he knows she takes her job very seriously. All that’s left is to go to sleep and hope they can see each other tomorrow. Pat hopes that he will get the promotion he wants at work too.
