Another night of spraying the monster under Zeke’s bed.

Better to spray under Lukas’ bed as well, in case that pesky monster has hidden there to avoid being sprayed properly.

Allan: Done. Monster sprayed. Zeke, you can go back to bed now, buddy.

Zeke: But that’s Lukas’ bed you’re spraying.
Allan: It’s just in case, I sprayed yours first. You can sleep easy now, there’s no monster down there anymore.

Allan: No monster, under any bed, will dare to bother my son tonight.
Zeke: Yeah, well, the thing is now I’m not sleepy anymore.

Allan: What, but you have to sleep, tomorrow is a school day.
Zeke: I know, I’ll just play one game and then I’ll go to bed. I promise.
Allan: Uh, okay.

Allan: So much for spraying the monster. Zeke’s not even sleepy now, and neither am I.

Allan: Monsters under the bed, do they even exist? I never saw one with my own eyes, I think it was all in my imagination, the same thing must happen to Zeke.

Allan: I wish all problems were like that monster, a little spray here and there and bye-bye. It’s not that easy when you grow up. Luckily for Zeke he’s still many years away from adulthood.

Another day, everyone is ready to leave for their respective activities.

Everyone looks fresh and rested, including Zeke. It looks like he did get some sleep after all.

Zeke: The monster didn’t show up again. I slept great, thanks a lot for spraying it, Dad.
Allan: Glad to be of help, kiddo.
