Miss Coombes: Okay, Anika, go back to your seat and start reviewing, in the next hour you will have another opportunity to participate for your grade of the month.

Miss Coombes: Would anyone else like to read us their results of the Physics experiment?
Anika: Physics, what good is that going to do me, I’m going to be a famous actress like daddy. Did the famous movie star Allan Wilson have to study physics in his life? No, he didn’t!

AFTER MISS COOMBES’ CLASS…

Anika: Kennedy told me you have a crush on Lucas Munch?? What the hell Lukas?
Lukas: Why, are you judging me?
Anika: What?? No! I’m not even surprised, you know. What bothers me is why did you go with Kennedy? You should have told me first. Since when do we keep secrets from each other, Kas?

Lukas: Sorry, I thought Kenny should know first, since she and Lucas… you know.
Anika: FYI, she’s not into Lucas, but Orange Bailey-Moon.
Lukas: I know. Now, will you keep it down? You don’t want the whole school to know about our private life. We have enough with the press and the tabloids.
Anika: Ugh, okay, but you and I aren’t done talking!

Lukas: Hey, Anika, wait, don’t get mad, I’m just… Anika storms out of the room in a rage.
Taku: Your sister sure has a temper, what’s the problem with her?
Lukas: Er, nothing, just some little family issues.

Anika: ‘Family issues’, he’s sure going to have them if he carries on keeping secrets from me.
Apparently, Miss Coombes didn’t hear anything, because she doesn’t seem impressed – or maybe she’s just tired of the Wilsons’ antics. 😅
