
At home, Dale isn’t having a good time either. When he came to wash his dish, he noticed that the sink was a mess.

Dale: *Sigh*.
He wishes the girls would clean their bathroom once in a while, though he can’t entirely blame them cause everyone washes their dishes here, himself included, so he starts cleaning, knowing in advance that no one else there will do it.

Dale: There you go, squeaky clean again.

The sink is no longer a concern, but now intrusive thoughts about what Kelly said during breakfast are back in his head.
Dale: So the real reason she doesn’t want to go to Lucky Palms is Cynthia? I can’t believe this is still going on at this point, and after all we’ve talked about.

Dale: Kelly needs to know that if we get married someday, she will be part of my family and will have to deal with all of them, including Cynthia. I know it’s a bit early to think about that, but I’ll have to talk to her about it anyway. Not now of course, maybe after graduation...
