There’s an interesting group waiting with them, they are Caroline Custard, a journalist friend of the famous actor Matthew Hamming; Lilly Bo-Chique, one of Jun’s best friends; and that guy at the front is Wayne Bumble, he works in the cooking career, not with much success at the moment.

Oops, looks like our 5-star Chef wannabe didn’t make it into the elevator. Sorry, buddy, it’ll be on the next trip.

Once upstairs, at the entrance, they run into Jessica Talon, a famous local vampire, not a very soothing presence if you ask me. Strange that she’s here at Eugi’s, her usual place is Plasma 501. Well, whatever.

As usual, Pat goes ahead to order drinks, but apparently Lilly arrived first.

Pat doesn’t mind, he finds himself bewitched by Daisy Swizzle, the mixologist.

It looks like Lilly is ahead of him in everything. In the blink of an eye, she has totally stolen Daisy’s attention.

In order to regain that attention, Pat orders a pizza; Daisy served it to him and went back to her work as if it was nothing. Oh, well, at least he and Jun will have pizza.

Meanwhile, outside Eugi’s, it is still raining cats and dogs. 🌧️☔
