Remember Katie O’Dourke, the teenage fan Tyron is obsessed with?

Well, he had to go and deliver her a birthday sing-a-gram from her mother. That day, Katie reaffirmed to him that she was his number one fan and declared her unconditional love for him. Pretty sassy for such a young girl, Tyron was stunned.

But he controlled himself and simply handed her the present her mother had sent her.

Katie thanked him wholeheartedly.

She even flirted with him a little, Tyron began to falter. Best to get out of there fast!

So he concluded his work, which was to deliver the message. He gathered up his things….

He made a little small talk.

And them he politely said goodbye. Katie didn’t settle and asked him if he would go out on a date with her, Tyron freaked out.

He explained to her why it was impossible for them to go out together at this point.

Katie felt terribly sad and disappointed.

Tyron felt a strong desire to hug her, but he restrained himself.

Katie fascinates him, but the two of them just can’t be, maybe she doesn’t get it now, but he does.

Katie is really gorgeous, and Tyron is crazy about her, but until she comes of age she is out of his league, his brothers already warned him, “don’t go there Ty, don’t get in trouble,” was Dale’s advice; Terence was harsher, “What, an underage girl? You want to end up in jail, asshole?”. Of course he doesn’t.

His brothers are right, and he intends to listen to them, he doesn’t want any trouble with the law, he already has enough with his divorce. He also doesn’t want problems with Liam, Katie’s father, who is keeping a close eye on him. He probably had his spies all around the cafe. He’s just a college professor, sure he’s not a danger, but you never know, after all Katie is his daughter, Tyron would probably do the same for Brandy.

So that day, after delivering Katie the sing-a-gram and declining her invitation, Tyron said his goodbyes and quickly walked away. It was sad for Katie, cause she’s been a fan and has been in love with him since she was a little girl.

But for now, Tyron has no choice but to let her go and wait for the right time to court her, which will be when Katie comes of age, and of course, when he has divorced Candice. Before that, not a chance.

Luckily for Ty, he’s not entirely alone. There was another girl at the cafe that afternoon, someone he’s always had a crush on, someone of the legal age, and who also seems to be interested in him, but we’ll talk about this possible romance later. Stay tuned. 😉
