Truth be told, Riley didn’t expect to come across such a palace. She’s heard that the Chos of Hidden Springs are a simple, rather middle-class family, except of course for Grandpa Davy, who is a celebrity, but apparently Terence has done well in his business and is living the high life. Also, his wife is the daughter of the Vanderburg billionaires, although Riley doubts the Vanderburgs ever dropped a dime on Terence, so this house must be all his doing.

To Riley’s luck, (if this can be called luck), Terence is just arriving from some place, and they meet at the entrance. She had never met him in person, so she proceeds to introduce herself.
Riley: Terence? Hi, I’m Riley Woods, G.W. Woods’ daughter.
Terence: Riley, of course. It’s nice to meet you…

Terence: I’m Terence Cho, but you can call me Terry.
Riley: Thank you, Terry.
Terence: You’re most welcome, darling.
(Uh – what the hell is going on here?)

Well, they say it’s the first impression that counts, and right off the bat, Riley and Terence seem to have made a pleasant first impression on each other, (I mean, he didn’t even glow red). Could this be because they have similar personalities, or because they share some traits? Or it’s just they both have the same goal in life: money. One thing’s for sure, Cynthia is not going to appreciate at all this sudden ‘sympathy’.
