The Prosper Room VIP bar is a very exclusive place but arriving with Matilda helped Pat dodge the bouncers.

There is a duet playing that has caught Matilda’s attention.

One of the musicians is the famous Emmy Starr! Emmy is quite the celebrity in Bridgeport. so now it’s Pat who is blown away.

He couldn’t resist and as soon as she took a break, he approached her to attempt to introduce himself.

Patrick: Good evening, miss Starr, my name is Patrick Orbison, I work in politics and I’m a big fan of yours.
Emmy doesn’t seem the least bit impressed.

Patrick: Would it be too daring if I asked you for an autograph?
Bartender: It is too daring.

Emmy: I’m sorry, but I don’t know who you are. Now if you will excuse me, I must return to the stage.
Bartender: Told ya.
