Dale is returning home from his last class of the day, since Sarah and Lauri didn’t have classes in the afternoon, he was able to use his car again.

Kelly also just returned from her afternoon class, the only one she had that day, in addition to her ballet class. She and Lauri are having coffee, (although they don’t look very chatty). Dale is relieved to see Kelly home; it worries him that she’s walking around campus alone at this hour.

Sarah is playing in her room (for a change). Maybe that’s why Lauri is so quiet.

Before long, Sarah comes out of the bedroom and she and Lauri whisper something in the corner of the dining room, Dale can’t hear what they’re talking about, it seems to be something private.

After taking a shower, Kelly returned to greet Dale properly.
Kelly: Hi, D. How was class?
Dale: It was good, yours?
Kelly: Class was fine, but this morning at the gym, um, I met this guy who…
*Kelly’s phone chimes*
