It’s time for Anika to become a teenager!

It seems Allan is happy to see his daughter grow up after all.
Allan: Anika is already a teenager. Damn, how time flies!

Allan is. Cause he and Anika have always been very close.
Allan: Congratulations, sweetheart, may all your wishes come true.
Anika: I wish dad, I mean, one can dream.

Allan: You’re gonna be fine, just never let anyone steal your dreams, go after them and make them come true. no one else will do that for you.
Anika: Really dad, a motivational speech, on my birthday?
Allan: Sure, I’m your father, and I want the best for you.

Anika: I appreciate it, Dad, but I don’t think I need it.
Allan: And I just don’t want any stupid boy to make you unhappy.

The look on Allan’s face here, you can tell he’s very proud of Anika. And his wishes are genuine, he wants her to do the best and be very happy, not to get into trouble or make a mess of her life like he did. That surely won’t happen, as Anika is thoughtful, level-headed, cautious and a family person like Zoe….

Mind you, she has the same inclination as her father towards art, so it is possible that she will also pursue a career in art, although perhaps not in the same branch as Allan. She also has a tendency to depression and moodiness, so we’ll see how she deals with that, and with being the teenage daughter of a super famous actor. Yeah, good luck with that, Anika.
