The next day he ran into Bella at a lunch party that happened to be at a motel.

Allan: That sounds tempting, but like I told you, it’s best to leave this here. From now on I’m gonna dedicate completely to my family.

Bella: That’s okay, I understand. I want to devote myself entirely to Morty too. You know, he and I are both better now, and that is partly your doing.
Allan: Really?
Bella: Yes. Thank you for a wonderful date, and good luck on your marriage.
Allan: Thank you, dear, same to you.

Here ends Allan and Bella’s affair (I hope? Because with Allan being Allan, you never know).
