Shortly before Meet & Greet time, the first roomie arrives, who is, of course, Sarah.

Dale: Hey Sarah, nice to see you again.
Sarah: It’s good to see you too, Cho.
Dale: How are you, everything okay?
Sarah: Yeah, pretty good actually.

(Dale goes suddenly quiet).

Sarah: I know what’s bothering you, but don’t worry, Riley won’t be coming here anymore. She and I are done, for good; she even enrolled in another college, faaar away from here.
Dale: You don’t know how glad I am to hear that – no offense.
Sarah: Not offended.
